Role: Adobe Delivery Lead
Exp: 15+ years
Graduation: MBA graduate in marketing.
Minimum 15 years experience in delivering in Customer Experience, Strategy and management along with marketing and customer service.
Proven track record of leading and managing team in implementing CX strategies
Ability to analyse data , feedback and customer behaviour and drive insights.
Familiarity with tools and platforms managing CX such as Commerce, MARTECH,CRM, DATA.
Knowledge on relevant regulations and compliance guidelines , regulatory frame works of working industry.
Strategic thinking and project management Ability to develop and execute a customer experience strategy aligned with business goals.

Personalized Interactions: Tailored and personalized interactions make customers feel valued, increasing their engagement and long-term loyalty.
